Fantastic Weekend of Horse Riding.
In this frantic world that we all live in there is a need to escape occasionally. Why not join us on one of our weekend breaks and escape to the unspoilt Costa de la Luz and partake in a weekend of fantastic horse riding. During your time here you will enjoy superb horseback riding and take in the wonderful Spanish climate. Our trails provide fantastic beach horse riding, and superb forest riding. Each day is unique and includes steady canters along sandy tracks and fantastic gallops along firebreaks. Beach riding day is unforgettable, a dream come true! Our horse riding weekend break provides superb off road horse back riding for guests that know how to ride.
Superb Horse Riding Adventure
Your holiday base for the weekend is the seaside town of Barbate. The town provides a fantastic setting for a riding holiday destination. As well as superb riding and a fantastic beach, Barbate has a lovely promenade with ice-cream parlours, bars and restaurants that is ideal for relaxing on after riding. As well as all this Barbate has a great town centre with shopping, a lovely town square and a superb fish and fruit market. During your weekend with us you will experience the many delights that our horse riding offers and also be able to enjoy the adventure of living in a typical Spanish town.

Unbeatable Accommodation.
On our weekend breaks your accommodation for the weekend is in the luxurious three star Adiafa Hotel. The hotel is excellent and is very well appointed. The hotel is located only 50 meters from the sea front and all the bedrooms are spacious twin bedded rooms. Most of the bedrooms have a balcony with full sea view, while the rest have a full or partial sea view. Depending on availability guests will be allocated a room with a balcony and full sea view.

Our vacations are ideal for both single people and for group bookings. We keep our groups small and friendly so that our guests can bond together and create a great friendly atmosphere. You will meet like minded people and have made new friends by the end of the holiday. The rides are led by ourselves, Steve and Caroline, and the maximum group size is kept to nine. Our aim is to provide a value for money all inclusive horse riding vacation that is a dream come true. All your needs will be well taken care of by ourselves so that you can enjoy a stress free holiday.

Non Riders
Non riders are welcome and with plenty to do, the area is a good base for non riding vacations. The area also has a multitude of other sports available, such as mountain biking, canoeing, sea fishing, scuba diving, wind surfing and golf. The local public transport is good and car hire is also available locally. Information can be provided on local places of interest and there is also a tourist information office in the town.
UK Bank Holiday Specials
Why not make the most of those precious Bank Holidays and join us on one of special Bank Holiday breaks. You can join us on either the Thursday or the Friday before the bank holiday and leave on the bank holiday Monday. The itinerary is the same as for our normal weekend break, however joining us on the Thursday provides four full day rides. We are running Special Bank Holiday Breaks for the Easter Bank Holiday, Both May Bank Holidays and the August Bank Holiday.
Jerez Arrival Itinerary
Flights. By Ryan Air from London Stansted.
Thursday. Collection from Jerez airport at 20:30 and transfer to Barbate. Tapas dinner on arrival at Barbate.
Friday. Forest ride, with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Saturday. Beach ride, with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Sunday. Forest ride, with breakfast and lunch. Transfer to Jerez after showering and changing. Leaving Barbate at 18:00 to arrive at Jerez at 19:00 in time to check in for your flight home.
Malaga/Gibraltar Arrival Itinerary
Flights. Malaga - From most UK and major international airports. Gibraltar - by Monarch from Luton, BA from Gatwick and Heathrow.
Thursday. Self Drive from Malaga or Gibraltar airports to Barbate. Dinner in the evening when the weekend break is discussed.
Friday. Forest ride, with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Saturday. Beach ride, with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Sunday. Forest ride, with breakfast and lunch. Self drive to Malaga after showering and changing.
Superb Riding
Friday. Today's ride leads through the beautiful pine forest to the 17th century Mecca tower overlooking cape Trafalgar. This introductory ride allows you to get to know your horse, with the faster paces being introduced as your confidence grows.
Saturday. Today we head to the scene of the famous sea battle where Lord Nelson lost his life at Cape Trafalgar. We follow the coast to El Palmar spending most of the ride on the beach enjoying canters and gallops.
Sunday. Today's route takes us to the cliffs overlooking Barbate. The ride has superb views of Barbate, the surrounding mountains and on a clear day North Africa. The ride follows roller coasters of sand and allows plenty of opportunity to canter and gallop.
Bank Holiday Monday. On our Bank holiday weekends you also ride on the Monday and today's ride takes us to the cliffs overlooking Cape Trafalgar. From the cliffs we have beautiful views of the cape and Trafalgar light house as well as Caños de Meca. Plenty of opportunities to canter and gallop.

Non riders are charged riding rate with a 150 euro (£115) discount.
Prices are per person per weekend break based on two people sharing a twin bedded room and do not include flights.
The Hotel Adiafa has three options, a single, double or triple room. Single bookings will always be allocated their own room and we will not attempt to find a sharer.
A single room supplement of 45 euro (£35) for a three night stay or 60 euro (£45) for a four night stay will be charged for all weekends except Bank Holiday August. For the August bank holiday the single room supplement is 100 euro (£75) for a three night stay or 135 euro (£100) for a four night stay.
A triple room discount of 21 euro (£16) per person for a three night stay or 28 euro (£21) per person for a four night stay will be given.
The Hotel Adiafa has some rooms with a Jacuzzi at a supplemented rate. If you are interested in having this option please enquire about prices.
Exchange rate used 1.24 euros to the pound, current at 5 May 2008.
Credit or debit card payments will be charged at the euro rate.
