When availability has been confirmed arrange your flights and travel insurance.

Attach the completed booking form to an email and send a provisional booking to Steve at info@fantasiaadventureholidays.com, on receipt a place on the holiday will be secured.

The simplest way to make payment for your holiday is by telephone using a debit or credit card. If you choose to make your payment this way please complete the section on the booking form giving your phone number and a convenient time that we can call you to take your payment details. Payments can also be made by Sterling cheque made payable to S.J.W.Almond, Euro cheque made payable to Fantasia Adventure Holidays, S.L. or by international transfer please enquire for details.

You will receive confirmation of your booking, a receipt for the deposit and an invoice for the balance of the cost of your holiday.

The balance of the total cost of your holiday must be received by Fantasia Adventure Holidays no later than six weeks before the departure date of the holiday. If the holiday booking is made within six weeks before departure date, the total cost of the holiday is required with the booking form.

When the balance payment has been received by Fantasia Adventure Holidays you will be sent a receipt, confirmation of transfers and an information pack for your holiday.
Travel Arrangements.
Week long holidays run Sunday to Sunday, short break holidays run Thursday to Sunday. Collection from Málaga airport is at 14:30, your flight should arrive in good time to clear customs for the pick up time. Drop off at Málaga airport is at 11:00, your return flight should depart no earlier than 12:00. Collection from Jerez is at 20:30 and drop off is at 19:00.
How to book your flights.
Málaga provides an arrival destination from most European airports at very reasonable prices. Travel agents and the internet can provide details of competitive rates of flights to Málaga.
Jerez provides an arrival destination for flights by Ryan Air from Stansted. Transfers from Jerez are only available to guests choosing our Hotel Adiafa accommodation option.
Flights are also available to Gibraltar and Seville, however transfer from these airports is not included.
Car Hire
Car hire is available from Auto Espagne at very reasonable rates, they have offices throughout Spain, including Malaga car hire, Jerez car hire, Seville car hire and La Linea de la Concepcion car hire (for Gibraltar arrivals). Please follow these links to obtain an on-line quotation.
Insurance
Travel Insurance is not included in the price of your holiday. It is a condition of your booking that you have suitable travel insurance to cover the duration of your holiday. We have investigated various insurance policies provided by UK based insurers, and have found that the policy provided by Endsleigh insurance covers the horse riding provided by ourselves. However this insurance is only available for UK residents, if you reside in the UK please click on the banner below to obtain a quotation.
For non UK residents suitable insurance that will cover our horse riding will be available from your local travel agent.
