When availability has been confirmed arrange your flights and travel insurance.

Attach the completed booking form to an email and send a provisional booking to Steve at info@fantasiaadventureholidays.com, on receipt a place on the holiday will be secured.

The simplest way to make payment for your holiday is by telephone using a debit or credit card. If you choose to make your payment this way please complete the section on the booking form giving your phone number and a convenient time that we can call you to take your payment details. Payments can also be made by Sterling cheque made payable to S.J.W.Almond, Euro cheque made payable to Fantasia Adventure Holidays, S.L. or by international transfer please enquire for details.

You will receive confirmation of your booking, a receipt for the deposit and an invoice for the balance of the cost of your holiday.

The balance of the total cost of your holiday must be received by Fantasia Adventure Holidays no later than six weeks before the departure date of the holiday. If the holiday booking is made within six weeks before departure date, the total cost of the holiday is required with the booking form.

When the balance payment has been received by Fantasia Adventure Holidays you will be sent a receipt, confirmation of transfers and an information pack for your holiday.
Travel Arrangements.
Week long holidays run Sunday to Sunday, short break holidays run Friday to Monday. Collection from Málaga airport is at 14:30, your flight should arrive in good time to clear customs for the pick up time. Drop off at Málaga airport is at 11:00, your return flight should depart no earlier than 12:00. We meet all flights to Gibraltar and Jerez for our short breaks. For your return journey to take advantage of riding on Monday an evening flight should be booked.
How to book your flights.
Málaga provides an arrival destination from most European airports at very reasonable prices. Travel agents and the internet can provide details of competitive rates of flights to Málaga.
For our short breaks Jerez provides an arrival destination for flights by Ryan Air from Stansted, and Gibraltar is a destination by EasyJet from Gatwick, or by Monarch from Luton and Manchester.
Flights are also available to Seville, however transfer from this airport is not included.
Car Hire
Car hire is available from Auto Espagne at very reasonable rates, they have offices throughout Spain, including Malaga car hire, Jerez car hire, Seville car hire and La Linea de la Concepcion car hire (for Gibraltar arrivals). Please follow these links to obtain an on-line quotation.
Travel Insurance for your Trip
We believe that safety and enjoyment are equally important when travelling with Fantasia Adventure Holidays. It is therefore one of our terms and conditions of booking that you have adequate travel insurance in place before you travel; cover must include emergency medical expenses, personal accident and repatriation. In addition, we strongly recommend that you include baggage, personal liability and cancellation cover.
Fantasia Adventure Holidays has teamed up with Endsleigh Insurance Services Limited to offer our travellers a range of excellent policies to choose from. Each policy includes:-
emergency medical expenses
personal accident
repatriation
baggage
personal liability
overseas legal expenses
cancellation or curtailment charges
over 80 sports and activities covered as standard
NB It is advisable to take out your travel insurance at the time of booking your trip as cover will commence for pre-departure cancellation from the policy issue date. This will, therefore, provide cover should you have to cancel your trip for an insured reason such as illness or serious accident preventing you from travelling.
